We quote with engineers, not sales scripts.
Cost: we sometimes talk clients into cheaper designs than they asked for. We consider that a feature — it's why they come back.
Hongda started in 2009 with three machines and one rule: never ship a part we wouldn't install ourselves. Sixty-plus machines later, that rule runs the floor — just with better inspection gear to enforce it.

Our first clients came to us with parts their existing suppliers had rejected: too tight a tolerance, too small a batch, too difficult an alloy. Saying yes to those jobs forced us to build engineering depth before volume — a sequence we've never regretted.
Today, a 5,000 m² facility in Dongguan houses 60+ CNC machines, an independent QC lab, and an engineering team that reviews every RFQ before it becomes a quote. We serve 800+ clients across more than 30 countries — from one-person design studios to publicly listed manufacturers.
The rule hasn't changed. Only the inspection gear has gotten better at proving it.
Growth we can document — because every step had an audit attached.
Values only matter if they cost something to keep. Here's what each one costs us.

Cost: scrapped batches come out of our margin, not your invoice. In 15 years we've never negotiated a tolerance down to save a shipment.
Cost: capacity reserved for repeat clients means we occasionally decline new orders. Your program won't be the one we drop.
